Saved me from infusions!

Submitted 21 days ago

By I'd Want To Know

From Maryland

My Dr showed me that my iron was extremely low through extensive bloodwork. I tried increasing my iron through foods and with iron supplements including tablets. My stomach was a wreck and nothing absorbed. Next step was going to be iron infusions. I was looking for a vegan liquid Iron due to absorption issues and my allergies. Earlier this year, I started taking MaryRuths Vegan Liquid Iron Prenatal/Postnatal (due to dosage that I needed, not pregnant) and my Iron is steadily improving. It is being monitored by my Dr and frequent bloodwork. The taste isn't great and takes getting used to. I do take it straight, no mixing. It's Iron and it's getting the job done! Thank you MaryRuths!
