Perfect, just change the bottle!
I love this product, it makes my hair soft. It feels a little bit fuller. It doesn't feel heavy or weighted down. But my only flaw about this is the bottle that it comes in. It's very hard to squeeze for just myself. I could imagine what it's like with somebody with arthritis or carpal tunnel or some type of hand deficiency. Especially within older women if they use this product. That's my only flaw about this other than that the product is amazing.

I have only used this shampoo and conditioner three times, so I think the actual product is OK, but I agree with other reviewers regarding the horrible packaging. The hole is tiny and the the plastic is so unpliable that I have to squeeze it with two hands onto a suface and then scrape it off from there! It was so difficult to open, I actually thought I had a defective product and brought it back to the store where they helped me. I bought this instead of the bar soap because the bar soap is difficult to hold (arthritic hands). This, however is not a solution, it's a worse problem.

I have very fine hair and read all the reviews on Kitsch. Bought the rosemary and biotin shampoo and conditioner. I have used about 5 times and I can tell my hair is a bit thicker. I've also noticed that I don't have as much breakage. My hair feels so much better and smells wonderful. I will for sure buy again
The conditioner itself is wonderful BUT.....

The conditioner is wonderful A+, but won't keep buying it because of the packaging. Attractive to look at/convenient shape but plastic is so stiff it's hard to squeeze and hardly anything comes out of the TINY hole in the cap. A struggle every time.
