I can't even guess how many bottles of this I have purchased from my stylist's and online vendors over the many, many years. After trying countless other products, the last 50+ years, your Working Spray Firm Hold won over hands-down from anything else I ever tried that was out there. Unfortunately, now I must echo many of the same reviews I see listed here and my last shipment of six bottles is being returned. Thankfully, I still have eight or nine bottles of the old formula, but after that, me like so many others will need to look for other options. Please reconsider the changes that were made. Long story short UPC 7157012616 was AMAZING. UPC 7157012617 is not. Thank you for so many years of such a GREAT product and helping us look our best!

I've used the Aquage Working Spray for nearly 20 years and have loved it's light, firm, all-day hold that never felt sticky. Sadly, the fragrance has changed. It used to have a lovely mild scent. Now it has an undesirable scent which also bothers my allergies. I'm uncertain if I can continue using it. When my stylist couldn't find it after the Pandemic, I was unable to find anything like it. I was thrilled to find it again. Until my last purchase it continued to have the same scent. Please, please change the scent back to the original one.

I have used this product for years - with my last order, the product received was totally different. The smell is disgusting and the product goes on sticky and wet, leaves my hair looking like a helmet. I will not be ordering this product again. After too many years to count, sorry to say I won't be continuing my devotion to this product.

This product used to smell good, now it smells like it is for my great, great, great grandma. It also used to dry fast and now it goes on much wetter, wrecking your style. Disappointed also that you can't purchase this in a refill size any longer. Who made these horrible decisions for such an outstanding product?
What happened to the old working spray?

Loved the old formula. It held my hair without being stiff, smelled wonderful and was well worth the extra money compared to others. The new formula doesn't smell good and holds stiffly, making me want to wash my hair after every use. Aquage-this was not an improvement from my perspective. I won't buy it again.
