Apply using Ouidad's Rake & Shake technique. Divide damp hair into sections. Rake a nickel-size amount of gel through each section, using fingertips to seal and smooth the cuticle from roots to ends. When finished, hold the ends of hair in each section and shake to create curls. Let hair air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really love the Ouidad Advanced Climate Control Heat and Humidity gel. I tried it by both allowing my hair to air dry and also drying it with a diffuser. In both situations in performed well but I think with the heat and diffuser my hair curled up a lot more nicely. The texture of the gel is smooth and almost silicone like. You would think that it would leave my hair crunchy and cause stiffness but it didn't. The gel has a light almond scent which is pleasant and not bothersome. Surprisingly the durability is great as my hair was almost wearable after sleeping in it over night, I just had to add a little water to refresh it for the day. The hair gel is easy to wash out and does not leave any residue.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This "stronger hold" gel was not that strong in my opinion. I have definitely used gels that have a stronger hold than this one. This gel didn't feel heavy or leave my hair feeling crunchy, so I appreciate that. However, I felt like it could've reduced my frizz much more especially since I live in a high humidity area.

The bottle has a sleek design and the my hair feels and looks amazing after using it. I have noticed that my hair maintains its look and feel even after going outside.
