Holy Grail ✨
I have very thick, very dense, very dry, high porosity Type 4 hair. Recently did the big chop and trying to learn how to take care of my hair without chemical treatments and heat. Keeping my hair moisturized continued to be my biggest battle even with an intense moisturizing and conditioning regimen...

Formula Change - Not good!
There was a long hiatus and now it's back - they took that time to reformulate. There is way more glycerin now (it's moved up to the 2nd ingredient) and it the product is very very sticky. I can barely run it through my kinky/coily hair. The product was thick before but now it is like a solid - way...

Something new to try
Bought this to try out because it caught my eye in the store.
False Advertising of Ingredient List/Formula Change
I bought this because the ingredients listed here matched my last jar of this product, but this jar shipped to me is of lower quality than the previous formula. I would purchase this product if the previous formula returned.

Ingredients differ from what's on actual jar

This product has changed DRAMTICALLY. It is now the most drying thing you can use on your hair. Either the company has been sold or they are selling us out. The main 2 ingredients use to be castor oil and olive oil. The main ingredient in this new product is now Sunflower oil. Olive oil is 4th on the list. Castor oil is at the very bottom of this list. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
FORMULA CHANGE
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I used this product all the time a few years ago. I went back to it because I needed a heavy moisturizer. the formula is a lot lighter and doesn't seem too keep my hair as manageable as it did before. it sucks that once you find something that works the company changes the formula. hopefully they go back to the original formula.
