I am a male with shoulder-upper back length curly hair with a variety of curl pattern, some larger and some smaller and some wavy. Ive been using it for over a year now and have been loving it. I work it in and brush it through right after I shower while it's still pretty wet. I have a lot of hair so I do have to use quite a bit but it definitely helps retain some moisture and keep my curl pattern fresh for longer. It also smells great, I like the smell and have gotten compliments from guys and gals alike. Definitely would recommend.
