Once a week in place of conditioner, rub bar between hands & distribute into hair or "paint" on from mid-lengths to ends. Leave in for at least 10 minutes to let proteins & vitamins penetrate strands, then rinse. Finger-comb hair to detangle.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this. I started out with just trying the shampoo and was surprised at how mt hair felt after 1 try, I have since replaced almost everything I have for these products. I now use the hair, face, body products and styling tools. They all work better than the expensive, salon exclusive products that I've been wasting my money on. I have waist length, thick, wavy hair that frizzes up quick but using these products has helped my hair be more manageable, sfot and shiny without a lot of build up. Must try!

I bought this bar assuming it was silicone free since all their other bars are. It's amazing! My hair needs tons of protein every wash, and that's hard to find in a bar. Unfortunately I can't withstand regular silicone buildup so I has to toss it. Please please please come out with a silicone free version for us curly girls!!! Not all curly girls want heavy moisture, plenty of us want a protein treatment.
