Wet hair and bar with warm water. Massage into scalp and strands to create a lather. Rinse and repeat as needed. Post-shampoo, rub bar between hands and distribute through hair or paint on from length to ends. Finger-comb to detangle. Rinse or use as leave-in. I use a range of Kitsch Shampoos and Conditioners, depending on how my hair is behaving, what the weather is like, and what can prevent my scalp eczema from erupting. My favorite for silky feel and no itch is this combo. (I sometimes use Purple Toning, sometimes the Rice Water Combo, sometimes only Ultra Sensitive will do.)

This has got to be my favorite shampoo and conditioner that I have ever used as long as it is available I will continue purchasing it. The key is to lather it in your hand before you put it on your hair at least my hair feeling healthy and easy to brush through love this product.

Have not tried the shampoo yet, the Air Dry & Curl Creme do not work on my hair. The curl does not last once it dries. It leaves my a residue on my hair and feels like it needs to be washed the next day.
