After shampooing, condition if needed and rinse. Squeeze out excess water, then shake to activate. Apply section by section from root to ends, working through for even saturation. Leave on for 3--5 minutes, then rinse. Use weekly or as needed.
TIP:
For fine to medium hair, use it in place of conditioner. For coarse or thick hair, or hair that needs extra moisture, use after conditioning.

Meh not worth the price
When I bought this most of the reviews were by folks who'd been given the product for free and therefore were positive. My experience was just "meh". I didnt notice any real difference and, in fact, think my hair is weaker than before. I would take the $$ you'd spend on this and use it for an in-salon glossing treatment.
