Doesn't clamp properly
I wanted to love this cute little straightener- its perfect for travel. However, the plates don't come together evenly and hits the top at an angle and doesnt come together at the end. Therefore it pinches hairs as it pulls through and requires a really hard clamped pass. I had at least 10 hairs get...

I wanted to love this cute little straightener- its perfect for travel. However, the plates don't come together evenly and hits the top at an angle and doesnt come together at the end. Therefore it pinches hairs as it pulls through and requires a really hard clamped pass. I had at least 10 hairs get caught in the plates after one use. Will be returning.
The width of this flat iron is a plus
This is a very good flat iron and like it very much. I gave it 4 stars because even on the lowest temp it is very hot and takes quite a while to cool down in the off position and after unplugging it.

Best straightener ever!
Purchased this because of a good sale they had going. I have frizzy, big wavy hair and when I use this, I literally get no fizziness. I was in Chicago last week where it was super humid and drizzling and even then my hair stayed so sleek!!!
I would suggest and also purchase again.
