Very mediocre
It works but not as good as any other chi straightner i've owned. The 1 hour shut off does not work, I accidentally left it on and came home 8 hours later to it still being on.
This will definitely fry your hair
This hair straightener is sooooo gorgeous however theres only one temp, 392°. Absolutelyyyyy not. I loved how it did on my roots and and through my hair, however it absolutely fried my ends despite using the Chi heat protectant it came with and another heat protectant.
Could be better.
Straightens okay. Took longer amount of time to straighten my hair with the Chi then my other off brand straighter. Plus my package was missing the bracelet and guard spray and guest services basically said I'm lying🤷♀️.
Nice looking but heat is not adjustable
I loved the look of this flat iron but unfortunately I need one that has adjustable heat settings (lower temps). It only has an on/off switch. I could not find anywhere the temperature this one gets to. I have very fine hair so I had to return it.
Didn't straighten hair completely
I wanted to love this so much, but sadly i didnt. It did make my hair soft and give it a shine. HOWEVER it didnt fully straigjten my hair. I went over the same strand 100000 times (not literally) like maybe 7 times
