- Dip the e.l.f. Eyeshadow Brush or e.l.f. Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush into Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow (brushes sold separately).
- Gently swipe liquid eyeshadow onto eyelids then use the brush or your fingertip to tap and blend.
- Swipe and blend lightly for a soft, seamless finish.
- For a bolder, more pigmented look, layer Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow onto lids. Let the eyeshadow dry before adding additional layers.

Smooth, matte and surprisingly versatile
I actually ended up loving this more than I expected. The texture is super smooth and velvety, and once it dries down it doesn't crease or budge. The color I used was a little too close to my skin tone and slightly ashy on its own, so I used it as a base instead of a standalone shadow and it worked...

Hassle free and long lasting
This eyeshadow will stay put on your eyes, not only are the colors beautiful but super easy to apply it only took me a few seconds. This can take a simple eye look and transform your whole face, it's definitely worth the money, I've been using elf products for awhile and have always loved how affordable and easy they are to use.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this liquid velvet eyeshadow, it has a beautiful soft velvety finish. The packaging is compact and practical, it is easy to apply and remove and the gorgeous burgundy tone adds an elegant touch to your makeup.
Disappointed
I wanted to love this. Fan of the brand. Beautiful color. Texture is lovely. BUT, it dries too fast, and as a result, the finish is blotchy bc you don't have time to work with it.
Thick velvety eyeshadow
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Currant Mood shade is a really pretty mauve color and I love how velvety it is. The formula is soft and blends fairly easily, but I found it a little tricky to get an even application and was a little to thick for my liking. It's a really cute shade but not something I will use all the time, but will definitely use for special nights.
