- Dip the e.l.f. Eyeshadow Brush or e.l.f. Wide Tapered Eyeshadow Brush into Liquid Velvet Eyeshadow (brushes sold separately).
- Gently swipe liquid eyeshadow onto eyelids then use the brush or your fingertip to tap and blend.
- Swipe and blend lightly for a soft, seamless finish.

Smooth, matte and surprisingly versatile
I actually ended up loving this more than I expected. The texture is super smooth and velvety, and once it dries down it doesn't crease or budge. The color I used was a little too close to my skin tone and slightly ashy on its own, so I used it as a base instead of a standalone shadow and it worked...

Great budget liquid shadow!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I can't tell if I like these or if I just need more practice with them. They are a velvet matte liquid shadow and they are very pigmented! They dry down really quickly that I have a difficult time diffusing them out and it started to look muddy. The different colors layer really well. I'm wearing current mood and cable knit. I hope they come out with liquid shimmers!
