I have loved this sleep mist, it made me sleepy right after spraying it. It was getting pretty expensive because i had to use several sprays to smell it, but I thought it was worth it. I personally love this scent but it does tend to stick around in the air and on everything it touches, including hair and clothes. I love the patchouli aspect of the scent but would not recommend it to anyone who does not.

I use this as my perfume!
I love the smell of this so much I spray it on everyday even though it's a sleep aid I still love to wear it all the time. As a sleep aid I haven't been able to tell if it helps but I don't care because I love how it smells and will use it anyway. I hope they create a perfume with this scent that will last longer.

I really like the mist, it's very lavender forward, so you do need to like that sucked. But it pairs perfectly with the other products.
