Step 1: Charge vFit for 12 hours

Step 2: Download the Joylux App (link to app store download) Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3: To help with insertion, use Joylux's Photonic Gel (sold separately) for comfort and a 45% increase in light power.

Step 4: Insert vFit until the light window is completely inside.

Step 5: Turn on device, chose your light mode and use for 8-12 minutes every other day.

This device is not waterproof and should not be submerged. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Only connect vFit with the USB cable provided and to USB power adapters certified in compliance with IEC 60950-1 or IEC 60601-1 based national standards. No modification of this equipment is permitted. Do not disassemble this equipment. Do not attempt to charge device while using the device.
