This shampoo smells nice but the texture is a bit harsh. I can't run my fingers through my hair while shampooing. Not until after I rinse it and get some conditioner on. I bought this on a whim and was skeptical, since it's a "celebrity" product - but was pleasantly surprised by how well it works for my curly hair. It's now a staple. It provides good clumping + definition, and soft curls with very little frizz.

So I'm very disappointed with the packaging like the amount of product I lost in the shampoo when closing the nozzle down it sucks. It keeps leaking and the packaging sucks. I hope someone can fix this issue because at this point we're just giving her more money than the price that we're paying.

Love the shampoo but the Pump need improving

My hair is thick and has a lot of texture. This shampoo is great and I don't have build up like I do with most other shampoos. I can use it every day. The pump leaks and dribbles to the outside of the container so love the shampoo....but the pump needs a re-design!
