On damp hair, part into 4-6 sections. Apply product directly to scalp in each section. Using fingertips, gently massage in circular motions for 3-5 minutes. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with tgin Clarifying Shampoo and conditioner.

I liked this for getting a deeper scalp clean, especially when there was buildup. I tried it on three different hair types between myself and my daughters, and it worked well for all of us. My scalp and hair felt noticeably cleaner afterward. Since the overall system gives a pretty thorough cleanse, I would follow it with something moisturizing, especially if your hair tends to be dry.

I used the scalp exfoliator as the directions explained. I used this two times. Massaged gently for 3 minutes and then shampooed. The smell is nice and light. The texture was like a sugar scrub. I did have a lot of shedding with this. It may have been a little too much for my fine hair.
