Love this mask
I recently moved from a home to an apartment and the morning sun starts coming in the room at 4 AM and I wake up. Did not want to invest in drapes over the blinds so bought this mask. I am so glad I did. I was also waking up because there is a light pole that also shines into my room at night. I am so glad I purchased this mask. I am getting much better sleep. It completely covers the eye area so everything is dark and I no longer wake up due to the light or sunlight. It is comfortable, not too tight on my head and I have a lot of hair and not too much pressure on my eyes. It's very soft and fits well. It has only slipped up once and that's because I tossed and turned all night. Some reviewers said the case is too small and while you do have to fold the mask in half it's not going to impact the structure of the mask. It comes already folded in the box. I'm thinking of buying another one so I can switch them out while one is washed and air drying. I highly recommend these if you are having any sleep issues and need a darker environment, which is recommend for better sleep. An extra tip, I also started using pink noise which has helped me fall asleep immediately. You don't have to buy a machine you can find them on Music Services.
Wanted to love it
I really wanted to love this mask. It is gorgeous, smooth, and silky. The packaging is thoughtfully designed. However, no matter how I adjusted the mask, it put too much pressure on the area underneath my eyes. It was so uncomfortable, I kept fidgeting and worrying I would get a migraine. The profile style of mask is an interesting idea, but definitely not for everyone. Perhaps the more standard, "flat" mask would've been better for me.
It's ok...
I got it on sale so maybe it's worth it but... the silk carrying case is not a carrying case. It is smaller than the eye mask. So unless you fold the mask in half, which I feel could ruin it's structure, it does not fit in the case. Is it so hard to make the carrying case fit the item??
