Worth the learning curve for preserving my blowouts
I understand why the reviews on this one are mixed because there is definitely a learning curve. It took me a little practice to figure out how to wrap my hair around it and how much tension to use. Too tight is not better—it can become uncomfortable—so I keep mine secure but relaxed. Once I figured that out, I really started to like it. I use it to preserve my blowouts overnight, and I don't wake up with the ponytail crease or messed-up ends I can get from sleeping in a regular hair tie or bun. My hair comes down with much more of the original shape intact, which means less restyling the next morning. For me, it's one of those products that works very well once you learn how to use it for your own hair.

Actually works!
I tried the expecting it not to work but was plesantly surprised! I have natually wavy hair and my blowouts never last overnight. This actually does what it says it does! Now with the sleepy toe my hair is silky and smooth in the morning and I only have to lightly touch it up! Its really comfortable to sleep with too.
Not made for thick hair
This product is not made for thick hair. It made my blowout look worse than if I'd just slept on it normally. Also, their customer service is awful! I returned it and a customer service rep told me I could receive a store credit, but then they sent me a replacement instead. When I tried to bring this to their attention and get the store credit I was promised, they just argued with me about it for weeks.
Love it but I wake up with a headache
It does what it's supposed to do. It keeps your head out of the way while sleeping, and you wake up with tamed hair. But if you're sensitive like me, you might wake up with a headache.
