Wish I hadn't wasted my money on this. The ear openings ride up awkwardly, smashing the ears despite adjusting the straps multiple times. it is difficult to get into place on your head, sliding off multiple times before being somewhat successful. Perfect for De-Puffing & Definition
This jaw strap is amazing for morning puffiness. I wear it for about 30–40 minutes and can literally see the difference right after. My face looks tighter and my jawline more defined. Bonus points for the quality — it feels durable and well-made.
Comfortable, Effective, Worth It
I've tried other jaw straps before and they were either too tight or totally useless. This one hits the sweet spot. It stays in place, doesn't dig into my skin, and actually gives that lifted feeling. After consistent use, my face looks slimmer and more toned. Five stars without hesitation.
