I then tried the liquid formula which is good so far but the packaging is absolutely awful, especially the conditioner. The bottle is defective
It gets a one star for conditioning the hair. The bottle is the WORST packaging design ever! If anyone plays video games, like Nintendo Switch. My hands starts to hurt and strain more so I had to use both hands to squeeze out the conditioner.

I love this kitsch Rice Conditioner. Once I finish my livingproof shampoo, I will buy the Rice Shampoo since I think this mignt be all my hair has ever needed. I am that unfortunate soul that has very dry hair but still gets oily after only 2 days. After 3 washes, I think its safe to say that this conditioner immensely helps the dryness and makes my hair SOFT. Like super soft! I love it. I will say that I do agree with everyone about the packaging. Please fix the bottles. They're hard to squeeze which results in hardly any product coming out. Im thinking about cutting up the bottle and putting it in a different dispenser. Besides the bad packaging, this is my favorite new shampoo/conditioner brand! 🥰

They need better containers
They need to do something about the container. It is very hard to dispense product out. Im giving up on this. I dont really like the smell either.
