Needs new bottle type
I absolutely LOVE their rice water shampoo, and was thrilled when it came in a liquid. Ill be going back to the bar, though. Unfortunately the bottle is way too hard for me to squeeze product out of. My hand muscles are weaker, so back to the bar! I would love to see this in a bottle with a pump in the future.
Nice shampoo and conditioner
I haven't seen any results, but I still like the shampoo & conditioner. I find the price to be reasonable as well. I do struggle with the packaging to get conditioner out of the bottle because of its thicker consistency. I think I will give the shampoo & conditioner bars a try next.
Thicker, fuller hair
Shampoo and conditioner actually make my hair fuller. I'm noticing less hair loss. I do have to switch shampoo and conditioner after a week or so, my hair will tend to feel dry with long term use.

no lovely fragrance...super soapy and takes forever to rinse out.. I probably use more than I should but I have long thick hair....wish it smelled as described but it doesn't
