Does the Twisted line from Sebastian contain silicone and parabens?
- Asked by bittersweetmoni
- Official Answer By SebastianThere will always be parabens in our products, as this keeps the shelf life for products and stops them from going bad. Can I use this with the curl lifter foam or are they better used separately? If used together, does it matter how I use them?
- Asked by Abbey
- Official Answer By SebastianGreat question. There may be benefits to using them together. I would recommend cocktailing them. Cocktailing products would mean putting a bit of both products onto your hands and mixing them together prior to applying the product to your hair. Everyone’s hair is a bit different, so don't be afraid to try different things to determine what gives you the best results. Always start with small amounts and add more if needed. - Q
Will this product work for people who have straight hair and artificially curl their hair?
- Asked by E
- Official Answer By SebastianTechnically it is formulated for natural curl. It may weigh down the artificial curl. You may have better success with a heat activated Thermal Spray and a good finishing spray to hold the styleWas this answer helpful to you

I know it says it's a cream, but the bottle makes me think it's more of a foam/mousse type of situation. So, is it an actual cream or a foam
- Asked by Shania
- Official Answer By Sebastianit is a creamWas this answer helpful to you

Is this safe for color-treated hair? What's the difference between this one and Whipped Creme? I have fine, wavy hair in need of curl "encouragement." :) Is one more crunchy when it dries than the other?
- Asked by Christina
- Official Answer By SebastianNeither of these products cause crunch. The cream really defines the curl. It will last all day and not feel greasy in the morning. The whipped will give you added volume. These are not hard on color, but are not advertised as a color safe product. Was this answer helpful to you

I would consider myself a product junkie. I have never gotten my hair to hold curls unless I used Sebastian's old laminate curl. Is there ANY product comprable to that? I am almost out of my final tube which is (more years than I could even admit!) old.
- Asked by Lindsay
- Official Answer By SebastianSebastian Laminate Curl is one of our favorites, too! We are confident you will love our Twisted Curl Cream just as much! This will be the closest product we currently offer in our Sebastian portfolio. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I really like the Sebastian whipped cream but it is too large to take when traveling. Is there a similar Sebastian product that I can put in a travel size container?
- Asked by Lynn
- Official Answer By SebastianHello! Whipped Cream does come in a travel size. Visit your local Ulta Beauty to see if they can order it in for you! If they are not able to, the Twisted Curl Styling Cream would be a great alternative to receive similar results and to have the ability to put it in a travel size container. a nice surprise
Wow! I was truly surprised with this product. It worked well with my thick, coarse, curly hair. My curls were defined and not frizzy at all. I really liked that it didn't leave a film on my hair which I have found some curl creams do, so it didn't dull my hair or leave a tacky feeling. It looks...

Does not do what I needed it to
This product does not keep curls well-formed; if anything, it causes them to be pulled downward into loose waves (and I have very naturally curly hair). That said, it is also is not great at controlling frizz. Many less expensive brands are better, such a Marc Anthony Strictly Curls.

Please bring this product back! or in the very least, provide those of us that have counted on it for years, with an equal/comparable product. I would buy a case if I could find it.

Was sold to me as a styling cream - not so much. Is too heavy and gives very little texture.
My favorite Curl Cream

I love this curl cream because it is not sticky. I run a little of it in my hair while my hair is still wet. I then let my hair air dry. It makes my hair soft and curly with no frizz. I have used a lot of different hair creams but this one is my favorite.
Absolutely amazing
Hair Type Very Curly Hair
This is by far the best product I have used for my curly hair. I actually stopped blowing it out because that's how much I love my girls now.
Keeps the frizz away

I love this stuff. I use 5 pumps and it keeps those tight curls around my ears and at the base of my neck from fizzing up. Took me a long time to find some that would do that. Not crunchy at all once you break the barrier by scrunching a tiny bit. I'm on my 4th bottle.
