Love it!!
I have been using this shampoo for a number of years. My granddaughter who is a hair dresser got it for me to keep their brassy out of my hair. The conditioner is fantastic and only takes a dime size to do my whole head and my hair is past my shoulders! It lasts a long time and both the shampoo and conditioner smell really good. I hate perfumy scents and these are soft and wonderful!!

Hair fell out in chunks while showering
I love Joico defy damage but when I tried the blonde products, they all made my hair fall out. It would come out in chunks while showering. Saw another comment mentioning the same thing, I thought it was just me hut apparently not.
