I would give 5 stars because my natural blonde, thick, frizzy hair always gets so dry in the winter and the shampoo and conditioner have tamed my terrible tresses. However, I took 1 star because the shampoo says work into a lather, and this shampoo does not lather at all for me, and I'm not a huge fan of the scent combination of the mint from the shampoo and the sweet luxurious smell of the conditioner. Beyond that I love the feel of my hair, only product I've found that does exactly what it says very well.

I love this shampoo and have been using it for ages, but the last three bottles I got didn't lather. I'm reluctant to purchase again, since the directions say "lather" and that would imply I'm getting bad bottles.

No complaints about shampoo. Cleans well but there are no suds. Gonna keep using it cuz it works. I don't have to serum my hair anymore with biosilk. But still strange cuz there is no lather.
