1. Once or twice a week, apply the pre-shampoo treatment to dry or damp scalp, massage in, and leave for 5–10 minutes before rinsing.
2. Follow with shampoo, massaging into scalp and through lengths, then rinse.
3. Finish with conditioner on lengths and ends, working into the scalp for dry or irritated areas. Leave in for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
