- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

I LOOOOOOOVE this mask. It has become part of my daily routine. The light is relaxing and the under eye cooling is amazing. I feel like the light is evenly distributed to allow for better penetration of the different wavelengths. I cant wait to see the results I get after a few months of using the device, but so far I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone! Consistency is key!!!

This product has been a game changer in my nighttime skincare routine. I look forward to putting the kids to bed and putting this on my face. I have had less breakouts. The mask fits comfortably on my face and built well.
Really helped my skin inflammation
This led mask is perfect for acneic skin, I had lots of acne and pie and my skin has done a 180. My inflammation has totally gone down and I haven't had much break outs since. I was missing the dust bag it comes with and the cold patches don't stay as cold with lower battery. It could have a longer battery life, but it helped my skin so much! I like how it's not directly on my skin. Color is super cute too.
