- Start with a clean, dry face. Put on mask and adjust straps for comfort.
- Turn on the mask by pressing and holding the remote's center dial.
- Select a routine and press "Start." Adjust InstaChill with the remote's chill button.
- After the session, remove the mask. It will power down automatically.
- Clean the mask with a cloth slightly dampened with water.

The mask itself is great! Ninja quality! While some reviews stated it was heavy, it is a little heavy, but not too heavy for a short session. I also found by playing with the straps to get that perfect fit, makes it less heavy. I have used hand-held red light therapy for years, but this is much easier, and gets my whole face at the same time, much more efficient! I can't wait to see results! I love Ninja products, and have wanted this since it came out. I did a little research prior to my purchase because a lot of these masks have colors that aren't even necessary, CyroGlow was on the list as a good quality mask to purchase.
