The individual pieces are ready to use, so there is no cutting or measuring required like i used to when I used other tapes. makes it quick and effortless.
Fitting to my lips
The size and shape worked well for me and did not feel overwhelming. It stayed flat without the edges lifting during the night.

Would not repurchase
I have been using this mouth tape for several weeks, but I think it's too small to fit most lips appropriately. I wouldn't even say that I have big lips in general, but the shape of this mouth tape does not allow for my mouth to stay completely shut. I find that the lower portion lifts from my bottom lip, and the corners are too tapered, so the side of my mouth is generally a little exposed. I think if you have very small lips, then you will not have any issues like this. I also find the paper to be a bit frustrating to remove because it can never evenly separate from the sticky part that actually goes over your mouth. Overall, I think they can improve this product. There is another brand I found at Ulta that sells a mouth tape that is much larger and I've been loving that one so far, and it's cheaper and double the amount of tapes.
Mouth taping for drymouth
