Always start with and end with a positive. I absolutely love what this does for my hair. So smooth and shiny and the waves I get with it are beautiful. My one and only complaint is the position of the in/off switch. Maybe it's the way I hold it. Maybe I'm holding it wrong. But I keep touching it and it's beeping at me or shutting off. It's a personal problem but that's the ONLY reason I gave it a four-star. There is nothing bad from Kitsch. I have quite literally gotten rid of hundreds of dollars worth of hair and body care products. I will never go back to anything else.
It's a JOKE!
Unless you have thick short hair, this isn't for you! I have short hair, thin, and it done NOTHING, not even body or a little lift... Returned it the next day!!!

Brush gets stuck in hair and does not really curl. No receipt with product so no information how to return product
Great for my fine straight hair!
I am so glad I got this. I actually purchased this by mistake after a long day thinking it was a blow dryer brush and then almost returned it when I realized it wasn't. I gave it a try and it's fantastic. Adds so much volume and you can style your hair in so many different ways! Would definitely recommend.
