New formula is not good
I have bought this product several times and really liked the herbal/woodsy scent and the way it left my hIr feeling. This latest bottle is completely different from what I have purchased in the past. The scent reminds me of that pistachio/ salted caramel fragrance that is being overdone lately. Plus it leaves my hair feeling dry and straw like. Won't be purchasing again.
New formula is causing hair loss
I have been using Matrix mega sleek for 5 years now and it was one of the only products that would work for my sensitive hair and skin. Since the new formula change my hair has lost a third of its density and constantly feels like my hair is more dried out. Im devastated over this and will be back to looking for a new brand to use.
Waxy, weighed down hair and causes itchy scalp
