On the fence about this product. The first time or so using this, my hair turned out 'gummy' and was difficult to brush. I've been loving this leave-in conditioner! It leaves my hair feeling so soft and smooth without weighing it down. I've also been using it as my heat protectant before styling, and I feel like it works great. My hair feels noticeably smoother after using it, and the strawberry gum scent is such a fun bonus. It works on the knots
Every time I washed my hair I was left with lots of knots, then when I tried to brush it I would have a hairbrush full of hair. This leave in conditioner really helped detangle the knots and let the brush slide through my hair. I see a lot less hair on my brush and on the floor. It also has a pleasant scent.
