I have multi textured strands and multi curl patterned dry type 3 & 4 low porosity hair. True cleansing is imperative for any wash day to turn out good for me. The Olaplex shampoo for curly hair is a great addition to their product line up. I've used the original one so I feel like I can compare them pretty well. The curl shampoo is very hydrating but lightweight. It doesn't weigh my hair down. It feels like I'm really getting a deep clean. I love the scent and it lasts for days in my hair. I noticed how bouncy and shiny my hair looked after styling compared to the dullness before.

I have fine, limp 2C / 3A curls that somehow Olaplex always manages to revive from the dead, like some kind of follicular necromancer! My strands absolutely love this shampoo. It is designed to deliver strength, hydration, reduce breakage, decrease frizz, detangle and define curls. No false advertising with Olaplex. The shampoo does it's advertised job. I really love this shampoo! It made my curls feel clean without leaving them dry or stripped. After using it, my curls had noticeably more definition and looked more shaped and refreshed. My hair also felt soft and hydrated. One of my favorite parts was the scent. It smells so good without being overwhelming, and my husband even commented that my hair smelled good. I also liked that my curls looked natural and not stiff. This is a great option if you want a shampoo that supports curl definition, hydration, and softness all at once and also combats frizz. I would definitely buy it again.

I've tried so many curl shampoos over the years and Olaplex Nº4 Curl Bond Shaper Hydrating Curl Shampoo quickly became one of my favorites! From the very first wash my curls felt deeply cleansed without feeling stripped or dry afterward which is something I struggle with using most shampoos! My hair instantly felt softer, more hydrated, and noticeably healthier. The definition it gives my curls is absolutely amazing. They look more shaped, bouncy, and smooth instead of frizzy or weighed down. What I love most is how lightweight the formula feels while still delivering so much moisture. My curls stayed soft for days and styling became so much easier because my hair felt less tangled and more manageable! I have also noticed my hair has a beautiful shine and looks more revived overall especially on the ends where I usually deal with dryness. The scent is clean, fresh, and salon quality without being overpowering. A little goes a long way so the bottle lasts longer than expected too!
