Dispense a quarter-size amount of conditioner into palms.
Apply to hair, starting from mids-ends.
Work the remaining product into the scalp.
Rinse thoroughly.
Gentle enough to be used daily, even for those with a sensitive scalp.

Love everything about it, genuinely does feel clean on my scalp afterwards but not in a way of stripping your hair. It doesn't dry out my hair but keeps the moisture. The only thing i dislike about it, is the smell, which i actually really, really dislike.
