Apply using Ouidad's Rake & Shake technique. Divide damp hair into sections. Rake a nickel-size amount of gel through each section, using fingertips to seal and smooth the cuticle from roots to ends. When finished, hold the ends of hair in each section and shake to create curls. Let hair air-dry or blow-dry with a diffuser.

Okay but the CURL definition 👏🏼 My daughter has naturally curly hair and she's super picky about what she uses because so many products either dry her curls out, make them crunchy, or leave them frizzy by the end of the day. This gel honestly surprised us. Her curls looked really defined, moisturized, and healthy without feeling stiff. The frizz control was probably the biggest difference we noticed right away, especially with humidity. The texture is lightweight, glides through the hair easily, and the squeeze bottle makes application way easier than scooping gel out of a tub. She also said it smells really good and loved that it soaked into her curls evenly instead of just sitting on top of the hair. Only little tip she mentioned: don't overapply near the roots because it can leave a little flakiness as it dries. Using less near the scalp fixed that. Overall, definitely one we would repurchase 🤍
