Does not slide
It's hard to make a headband that does not slide in this style. They come in different colors and styles. I was a bit hesitant about buying this style, because they tend to slide of my head,needing to fix them constantly. These stay in place pretty well without using bobby pins to help keep in place...

Love the colors!! Unfortunately these headbands slide off after a while. Got to wear it for about an hour possibly two. I was.hoping there'd be a little rubber on the inside to help hold my hair. There was not. Read the description and thought I would say if there was or was not rubber on the inside...
