- Place the headband on your head, ensuring the back of your hair drapes over the band. Also, be sure the extensions are on the outside of the headband.
- Divide dry or slightly damp hair into two sections. Wrap each section around the wired extensions and twist and tuck the ends to secure.

I own and have tried manyyy heatless curlers. They stay in my hair better than heated curls. I was excited to try this one in particular because of the built in headband. Overall... it's mid. The curls it leaves you with are very loose waves-- which I actually like the look of, but they're so loose that they don't last. I do really like how you can twist the ends of it around your hair. It keeps them untangled and included in the curl. That's def my favorite feature. My biggest gripe with it is that the headband is SO TIGHT. Like painfully tight. The middle of it leaves an indent in my forehead and it lowkey caused me a headache l o l. I have a pretty small head too, so idk why it feels so tight. I've tried to stretch it out with my hands before wearing which helps temporarily. I would use this in short bursts like when working out or maybe even running errands, but I wouldn't sleep with it in or wear it longer than a couple hours.
You're better off with the cheap heatless curls headbands!

I have used overnight curls for years and love them - saw this and thought I would upgrade. It does stay in place, and is more comfortable than the other ones - but it doesn't curl hair at all! Kind of pointless and regret spending triple the price on it as it doesn't actually do anything! My cheap £2 headband is definitely better!

I really like the results of this band, I use it after washing my hair. I sleep with it and then the next day I will have some really mice curls. I have straight hair and curls normally don't stay for very long. With this they stay way longer! I am happy with it, thank you so much KITSCH! 😊

I dry my roots and leave the rest of my hair damp, the curls turn out beautiful and last for days! Also much more comfortable to sleep in than other forms of heatless curlers.

Maybe my hair is just to thick but I didn't think my hair was that thick but i left it in for 14 hours and my hair was soaked when i took it out. Maybe i did it wrong and thats why I did 4 stars because it could have been user error.
