For best results use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.
- Shake before use.
- Wet hair thoroughly, massage gently into the scalp and hair for 1-2 minutes.

It has a creamy consistency and slightly thick so a little goes a long way in getting your hair to lather up. It too has that minty tingling sensation you feel on you scalp but it isn't overwhelming. Smells really good too. Would recommend.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] First off, the lather of this shampoo is top tier. Best lathering experience I've had with my locs in a long time. It relieved the itching I had going with my scalp and it had a nice calming effect to my scalp as well which is probably due to the ingredients—particularly the lavender. It added a nice shine to my hair as well. The dispensing of the product was easy and classic so no issues there. My locs felt strong and not limp. So it definitely supported the volume of my hair as well.
