- Wash and dry your hair, comb your hair thoroughly (do not use any spray, styling agent or other inflammable chemical hair-care products), Wrap a towel around your neck so as to avoid possible skin scalding
- Press and hold the Power/Temperature Control button to turn on the device. The device will emit a "beep" sound and start operating at the default Level 3 setting (170℃ /340℉ ) on first use. The negative ion function is enabled by default, and the negative ion icon will light up. When powered on again, the device will default to the last used temperature
- Select your ideal temperature level by pressing the "Power/Temperature Control" button according to your hair type. The device will emit a "beep" sound each time the level is adjusted. Each short press of the Power/Temperature Control button (stay consistent) increases the temperature by one level. After reaching the highest level, pressing it again will cycle back to the lowest setting
- During the heating process, the corresponding temperature LED indicator will light up and blink
- Once the device reaches the set temperature, the corresponding temperature LED indicator will stop flashing and remain steadily lit. After the temperature level indicator is lit. hold the device by the handle for use, ensuring a safe distance between the device and your body

I have grey fine hair. The Flipro is way too heavy for me. I am 64 years old. The tool slips through my hair without straightening or curling it, even when I apply a great bit of tension. It leaves my hair frizzy with a frayed appearance. Very disappointed to say the least.

Where do I start? I was so excited to see this type of flat iron available. I researched reviews for months before purchasing, everyone seemed so impressed. I was finally able to purchase mine it was just ok. The worst part is it stopped working after one use! Iv'ee checked it in different outlets and don't have issues with my other hot tools. I find the design in need of improvement. The power button should light up to indicate if it's on or not, there should be a small temperature indicator and the grip on the ceramic plates is weak and requires way too much external pressure; my hair kept slipping out taking very long to complete my hair. I would have sent it back but it's a lot of hassle and am not sure if I still have time. Im extremely disappointed I had high hopes.

I am absolutely in love with the TYMO Flip Pro! I paired it with my TYMO AirHype dryer, and together they gave me salon-quality results right at home. My hair came out silky, smooth, incredibly shiny, and had so much movement. What impressed me the most was that I didn't have to make multiple passes over each section. The Flip Pro glided through my hair effortlessly, leaving it looking healthy instead of flat or over-pressed.
